PROCESSING TIME
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Within Canada:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days - $5.00 CAD
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days - $15.00 CAD
- Free Standard Shipping: On orders over $50 CAD
International Shipping:
- Currently, we ship within Canada only. International shipping coming soon!
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
- Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information
- Track your package through the carrier's website or the Shop app
- Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update
SHIPPING ADDRESS
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order
DELIVERY ISSUES
Lost or Stolen Packages:
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed delivered to the address entered for an order
- Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim for lost or stolen packages
Damaged Packages:
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [your email] with photos
- We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly
Undeliverable Packages:
- If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment
- Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment
DELAYS
- Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control
- During peak seasons (holidays), please allow additional time for delivery

- Currently shipping within Canada only - no customs or duties apply
