At Dope Lips, we're committed to delivering your premium lip care products quickly and safely.

PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Within Canada:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days - $5.00 CAD
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days - $15.00 CAD
  • Free Standard Shipping: On orders over $50 CAD

International Shipping:

  • Currently, we ship within Canada only. International shipping coming soon!

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

  • Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information
  • Track your package through the carrier's website or the Shop app
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update

SHIPPING ADDRESS

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order

DELIVERY ISSUES

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed delivered to the address entered for an order
  • Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim for lost or stolen packages

Damaged Packages:

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [your email] with photos
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly

Undeliverable Packages:

  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment

DELAYS

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control
  • During peak seasons (holidays), please allow additional time for delivery

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

  • Currently shipping within Canada only - no customs or duties apply
