Are BAUME 3 lip balms natural?
Our formula is made with a focused blend of naturally derived waxes, butters and oils, along with cosmetic flavouring ingredients and vitamin E.

Are your lip balms vegan?
No. BAUME 3 lip balms contain beeswax and are therefore not vegan.
Are your lip balms cruelty-free?
BAUME 3 does not test finished products on animals.
Are your lip balms gluten-free?
Our formula is not intentionally made with gluten-containing ingredients. However, we do not currently certify the products as gluten-free.
Customers with serious allergies or sensitivities should review the full ingredient list and consult a qualified healthcare professional when necessary.
Do your lip balms contain nuts?
Some ingredients, including shea butter, may raise concerns for customers with allergies.

Are the lip balms medicated?
No. BAUME 3 lip balms are cosmetic products intended to moisturize, soften and protect the lips.
They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.
Do your lip balms contain SPF?
No. BAUME 3 lip balms do not currently contain an approved sun-protection factor.
Can children use BAUME 3 lip balm?
Our products are intended for general cosmetic use. Children should use them only with adult supervision.
Parents and guardians should review the ingredient list before use.
Can I use the lip balm if I have sensitive lips?
Everyone’s skin and lips are different.
Review the full ingredient list before use. You may perform a small patch test before regular application. Discontinue use if irritation or discomfort occurs.
What should I do if irritation occurs?
Stop using the product immediately.
If irritation continues or becomes severe, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

What does BAUME 3 feel like on the lips?
BAUME 3 is designed to have a smooth, plush and comfortable feel.
It provides moisture and protection without being excessively glossy or sticky.
Is the lip balm shiny?
The finish is generally soft and natural rather than highly glossy.
The exact appearance may vary depending on how much product is applied.
How often should I apply it?
Apply whenever your lips feel dry or need additional comfort.
You can reapply throughout the day as needed.
How should I apply the lip balm?
Remove the cap, twist the product slightly above the tube and glide a thin layer across the lips.
Avoid twisting the balm too high, as this may cause damage.
Can I use it overnight?
Yes. You may apply BAUME 3 before bed as part of your nighttime lip-care routine.
Can I apply it under lipstick?
Yes. Apply a light layer and allow it to settle before applying lipstick or another lip product.
Why does the balm feel firmer when it is cold?
Waxes, oils and butters naturally respond to temperature.
The balm may feel firmer in colder conditions and softer in warmer conditions. This does not necessarily mean the product is defective.
Why did my lip balm soften?
Lip balm may soften when exposed to high temperatures, direct sunlight or a hot vehicle.
Store it upright in a cool, dry place and allow it to return to room temperature before use.
What should I do if my lip balm melts?
Place the tube upright in a cool, dry location and allow it to firm again.
Avoid placing a very warm tube directly into the freezer, as rapid temperature changes may affect the texture.
If the product arrived severely melted, leaking or unusable, contact us within 48 hours and include clear photographs.
How should I store my lip balm?
Store it:
- In a cool, dry place
- Away from direct sunlight
- Away from heaters or high temperatures
- With the cap securely closed
- Upright when possible
Avoid leaving it inside a hot vehicle.
How long does the lip balm last?
The lifespan depends on how often and how much you apply.
Check the packaging for the recommended period after opening and discontinue use if the product develops an unusual smell, appearance or texture.

Can I choose the same flavour more than once in a set?
Yes. When building a set, you may select the same flavour more than once, subject to availability.
Ordering
How much does one lip balm cost?
Individual lip balms are priced at the amount displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
What is the build-a-set offer?
The build-a-set option lets you choose any three eligible lip balms for the advertised set price.
Can I mix flavours in my set?
Yes. You can mix and match available flavours.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible.
We may be able to make changes before the order is processed, but changes cannot be guaranteed once packing or fulfillment has begun.
Can I cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible.
Orders that have not yet been processed or shipped may be eligible for cancellation. Once an order has been fulfilled or handed to the carrier, it can no longer be cancelled.
What currency are your prices in?
Unless otherwise stated, prices are shown in Canadian dollars.
What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include major credit cards, debit options and accelerated payment services supported by Shopify.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. An order confirmation will be sent to the email address entered at checkout.
Check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
BAUME 3 currently ships to the destinations shown as available at checkout.
Canadian shipping options may differ from international shipping options.
Do you offer free shipping?
Available shipping rates and promotions are displayed at checkout.
Some Canadian orders may qualify for free standard shipping.
How long does processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Processing may take longer during launches, promotions, holidays or periods of high order volume.
How long does delivery take?
After processing, Canadian delivery generally takes approximately 2–8 business days.
Rural or remote destinations may take longer. Carrier delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Will my order include tracking?
Tracking information is provided when available.
Some standard shipping methods may not include tracking. If tracking is available, it will be included in your shipping confirmation email.
Why is there no tracking number in my email?
Some orders are shipped using standard Canada Post service that does not include tracking.
Your order may still be in transit even if no tracking number is provided.
How do I track my order?
If your shipment includes tracking, use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to become active after shipment.
What should I do if my order is late?
Allow up to 10 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation.
If the order has still not arrived, contact us with your full name, order number, shipping address and tracking number, if one was provided.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Contact us immediately.
We may be able to correct the address before the order is shipped. Once the order has been fulfilled, changes may no longer be possible.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate address at checkout.
What happens if my order is returned to BAUME 3?
Orders returned because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, refusal or failed delivery may require an additional shipping payment before being resent.
Shipping expenses already paid by BAUME 3 may be deducted from an eligible refund where permitted.
Returns and Refunds
Can I return my lip balm?
Because lip balm is a personal-care product applied directly to the lips, opened, used or unsealed products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Unopened and unused products may be considered for return if they meet the conditions in our Return and Refund Policy.
How long do I have to request a return?
Eligible unopened products may be considered for return within 14 days of delivery.
Contact us before mailing anything back.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges on opened or used products.
An eligible unopened product may be considered according to our Return and Refund Policy.
What if I receive the wrong product?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product
- A photograph of the shipping package and label
We will review the situation and assist you.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours and provide clear photographs of the product and shipping packaging.
Keep the damaged product and packaging until your request has been reviewed.
Are shipping charges refundable?
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue resulted from an error by BAUME 3 or the product was defective or damaged upon delivery.
This may include shipping costs paid by BAUME 3 on orders that received free shipping.
How are refunds issued?
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
