Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with BAUME 3. We carefully prepare and package every order before sending it from Montreal, Quebec.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Processing times do not include weekends or statutory holidays. During launches, promotions or periods of high order volume, additional processing time may be required.
Once your order has been prepared and handed to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Shipping Within Canada
BAUME 3 offers free standard shipping on eligible Canadian orders.
Orders are shipped through Canada Post. The shipping method used may vary depending on the size, weight and destination of the order.
Tracking information is provided when available. Some standard shipping methods may not include tracking.
Canada Post delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer during holidays, severe weather, service disruptions or other circumstances outside our control.
Estimated Delivery Times
After your order has been processed, delivery within Canada generally takes approximately 2–8 business days.
Customers in rural or remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
These estimates begin after the order has been shipped and do not include processing time.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please review your:
- Full name
- Street address and apartment or unit number
- City and province
- Postal code
Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.
BAUME 3 is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or returned packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Delayed Orders
Carrier delivery standards are estimates and are not guaranteed.
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us so we can review the situation.
Please note that shipments without tracking cannot be located or monitored while in transit.
Lost, Stolen or Misdelivered Packages
BAUME 3 is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or misdelivered after being accepted by the carrier.
However, please contact us if you experience a delivery problem. We will review each situation individually and do our best to assist.
Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered completed. Customers should first check around their property, with household members, neighbours, building management or their local post office.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photographs of the exterior shipping package
Please keep the damaged product and packaging until we have reviewed your request.
Returned-to-Sender Packages
Orders returned to BAUME 3 because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, refusal, unclaimed delivery or failed delivery may require an additional shipping fee before being resent.
Original shipping costs, including shipping costs paid by BAUME 3 on free-shipping orders, are non-refundable.
International Shipping
International shipping availability, rates, delivery times, customs fees and import requirements are displayed at checkout when available.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees or import charges imposed by the destination country.
International delivery times may vary and customs delays are outside BAUME 3’s control.
