Track Your Order

Wondering where your BAUME 3 order is? Use the information below to check your shipment status.

Orders With Tracking

If tracking is available for your order, your tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

Select the tracking link in that email to view the latest delivery updates from the carrier.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active.

Standard Shipping

Some orders may be sent using Canada Post standard shipping. Tracking information is provided when available.

If your shipping confirmation email does not include a tracking number, your order is still on its way and will be delivered according to the carrier’s standard delivery process.

Estimated Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

After your order has shipped, delivery within Canada generally takes approximately 2–8 business days.

Customers in rural or remote locations may experience longer delivery times.

Delivery estimates do not include weekends, statutory holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions or unusually busy periods.

Tracking Status Has Not Updated

Tracking updates may be delayed while a shipment is moving between carrier facilities.

If your tracking number has not updated for several days, please continue checking the carrier’s tracking page. In many cases, the next update appears when the package reaches a regional facility or is prepared for delivery.

Order Marked as Delivered

If your order is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  • Check your mailbox and the area around your entrance.
  • Ask other members of your household.
  • Check with neighbours, building management or your concierge.
  • Contact your local Canada Post office.
  • Allow one additional business day, as some packages may be scanned before final delivery.

Order Has Not Arrived

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us.

Include:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout
  • Your complete shipping address
  • Your tracking number, if one was provided
